Highlights: PSG 3-1 Monaco

Kylian Mbappe scored a hat-trick as Paris St-Germain beat AS Monaco 3-1 the same day they won the 2018-19 French Ligue 1 championship on Sunday.
PSG’s eighth title had earlier been confirmed when second-placed Lille were held to a goalless draw at Toulouse.
Superstar Kylian Mbappe then produced a great display to see off his former team and the 2016-17 champions.
This game also saw Neymar return from injury to play for the first time since January. The Brazilian, who cost €222m in 2017 had recently recovered from a metatarsal injury and came on in the second half.
Neymar’s return was overshadowed by Mbappe’s superb hat-trick. The 20-year-old’s first came in the 15th minute when he produced a great poked finish following a swift counter-attack involving Moussa Diaby.
His second was another carefully placed strike following Dani Alves’ through ball and the Brazilian also set him up for the third, which was a close-range finish. These goals put the French international on 30 for the season. He also netted four in the Champions League.
Russian midfielder Aleksandr Golovin scored a consolation for struggling Monaco 10 minutes from time.
Paris Saint-Germain have now won the title six times in the past seven seasons, and they have the opportunity to win the domestic double when they face Stade Rennais in the French Cup final next Saturday.
