Highlights: Benfica 5-1 Portimonense

Benfica came from behind to score five goals in the final half hour and keep them on course for the 2018-19 Portuguese Primeira Liga title on Saturday.
The Super Eagles had fallen behind to a Bruno Tabata goal eight minutes into the second half at the Estadio da Luz against a Portimonense side who had won the reverse fixture 2-0 at the start of January.
That proved fateful for manager Rui Vitoria who was promptly replaced by Bruno Lage. The current boss has now won 16 of his 17 league matches in charge, with the exception of a 2-2 draw at home to Belenenses back in March.
On Saturday, Rafa Silva scored two goals in the space of five minutes just after the hour mark to give Benfica the lead before Haris Seferovic’s goal on 84 minutes eased any nerves among the 60,000 home fans in attendance. The Swiss striker scored his second five minutes later before Jonas scored two minutes into stoppage time to give the Lisbon club an emphatic victory.
Earlier in the day FC Porto had gone back to the top of the table with a convincing 4-0 thrashing at home to Aves. With two games to play, Benfica have a two-point lead and a superior goal difference.
