Highlights: Dijon 0-4 PSG
Paris Saint-Germain bounced back from their surprise Champions League exit at the hands of Manchester United midweek with a comfortable 4-0 thrashing of Dijon as they returned to domestic action on Tuesday night.
The runaway French Ligue 1 leaders were beaten 3-1 at home by Manchester United on 6 March which saw PSG eliminated on away goals in the second round.
Dijon proved to be no match for Thomas Tuchel’s side at the Stade Gaston Gérard with Marquinhos heading them into the lead after only seven minutes before Kylian Mbappe made it 2-0 with his 25th league goal of the season five minutes before half-time.
Angel di Maria scored with a free-kick in the second half before Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting added the fourth from close range in stoppage time.
The three points moves Paris Saint-Germain 17 points clear at the top of the French league, also having a game in hand on second-placed Lille as they close in on their second successive title – and sixth in seven years.
