Highlights: Rennes 1-3 PSG
Paris Saint-Germain bounced back from their midweek defeat against Liverpool at Anfield in the Champions League with a come-from-behind win at Rennes in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday.
Thomas Tuchel’s side were narrowly beaten 3-2 in European competition on Tuesday night but made it six wins from six as they have made an impressive start to their title defence domestically.
The visitors actually took an 11th-minute lead when Adrien Rabiot deflected into his own net, and it was not until the final minute of the first half that Angel Di Maria equalised for the Parisians.
Thomas Meunier made it 2-1 for PSG on the hour after converting from a Neymar pass. Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting sealed the three points for the visitors with his first goal for the club in only his second appearance since joining from Stoke City over the summer.
PSG have already opened up a five-point lead over second-place Lille after just six games.
