Highlights: Nimes 2-4 PSG
Paris Saint-Germain scored twice in the final 15 minutes to pick up another three points to continue their winning start to the 2018-19 French Ligue 1 season.
Thomas Tuchel’s side were firmly in control following goals from Neymar (36′) and Angel Di Maria (40′) in the final 10 minutes of the first half but found themselves pegged back to 2-2 in the second half through goals from Antonin Bobichon (63′) and Teji Savanier (71′ penalty).
However, PSG came good when it mattered. Kylian Mbappe restored their lead 13 minutes from time before Edinson Cavani made it 4-2 in stoppage time. Mbappe and Savanier were both dismissed shortly after the visitors’ fourth goal. Mbappe will now miss PSG’s home game against St Etienne after the international break, but be well-rested for their opening Champions League tie at Liverpool in the game after.
Neymar has now scored one goal in each of his first four league games of the season.
